This notice explains the role of SIS Smart Integration Solution L.L.C as data processor on behalf of the companies operating FASTTER kiosks, and the safeguards applied.

1. Roles
- The company operating the kiosk is the data controller; FASTTER acts as the processor executing instructions to deliver the service.
2. Technical controls
- Per-tenant isolation using row level security, with idempotent execution to prevent duplicate processing.
- Provider callbacks are signed and replay-protected, and events are recorded in a per-transaction timeline.
3. Documents and retention
- Documents and extracted data are used only within the service journey they belong to, then subject to a defined retention policy.
- Sub-processors, integrations and retention periods applicable to each deployment are documented in the company's agreement.
