1. Data we collect
- Identity and contact data you enter to complete a service: name, mobile number, email, Emirates ID or passport number where the service requires it.
- Documents you upload or capture at the kiosk (photos, official documents), used solely to execute the specific request.
- Transaction data: request reference, service, execution status, fees and payment reference. Full card data is never stored by FASTTER.
- Business details submitted through the registration, demo and partnership forms on this website.
2. Purpose and lawful basis
- Your data is processed to execute the service you requested, issue your receipt, send status notifications, and comply with UAE regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
- We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we never sell personal data to third parties.
3. Sharing with authorities and partners
- Data is shared only with the government entity or service provider responsible for fulfilling your request, and only to the extent required to complete it.
- Each operating company's data is technically isolated from others through row level security policies.
4. Retention and security
- Transaction records are retained for the period required by law; temporary documents are deleted after the service is completed and the applicable retention period ends.
- Data is transmitted encrypted, access is restricted on a need-to-know basis, and sensitive access is logged.
5. Your rights
- You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, subject to statutory obligations.
- Requests are actioned within a reasonable period once your identity is verified.
