These terms govern your use of the FASTTER platform and kiosks, operated by SIS Smart Integration Solution L.L.C (Trade Licence 1636004) in partnership with Karama Business Center. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the service
- FASTTER is a digital facilitation platform that submits and processes government and business service requests on your behalf. It is not a government entity and does not issue official decisions.
- The competent authority may reject any request under its own rules; in that case the customer is informed of the actual outcome.
2. Fees and payment
- Fees are displayed before payment and include authority charges and the service fee. No transaction starts before payment is confirmed.
- Authority fees are non-refundable once the request is submitted. Service fees may be refunded where the service was not delivered for reasons attributable to us.
3. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents you submit; incorrect data may cause rejection without refund of authority fees.
- Using the platform for unlawful purposes or impersonating another person is prohibited.
4. Operating companies and partners
- Access to the company dashboard and kiosk operation is governed by the commercial agreement signed between FASTTER and the company, which sets commissions and settlement terms.
- Figures shown on this website are illustrative only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
5. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
